Ooredoo’s Business Commercial unit is a critical part of the company’s first line customer facing activities for all Business Accounts and has a significant role to play in long-term business value creation through product design, achievement of sales revenue, profit and customer satisfaction, as defined in the annual business plans.
ICT Product development team is responsible for all activities that are geared towards delivering value for Ooredoo through ICT solutions & services whilst maximizing customer retention and spend for business customers
This role is responsible for leveraging Ooredoo’s ICT capabilities in the areas of Data Center, Cloud, IoT, Cyber Security and Collaboration to create an end to end digital experience for SME and SoHo customers. To enlarge Ooredoo’s ICT footprint in these sectors the role will create specialized vertical industry bundles addressing the exact need of the respective focus groups creating an outstanding customer experience.
You should have at least 10 years of work experience at least 2 of which should be in the ICT or Mega Project sector in a customer facing role. Experience in managing strategic partnerships and creating value out of them. Experience in design thinking. Must have experience in technology fields as related to telecommunication, IT services and consulting. Understanding of product development processes. Must have been in a customer facing consulting or sales role. Must have understanding of commercial terms/impact.
Bachelor degree in IT/Telecom, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business or Management Information Systems (MIS). MBA is preferred.
