About the Business Unit::

Self Service machines is an integral department which is mainly responsible for eChannels to collect real time bills and sell Prepaid and 3rd party services through SSMs and eBilling.  It is also responsible for bringing 3rd party business on SSMs as well to earn revenues for the company.

 

About the Role::

This position reports to the Senior Manager directly to deliver New Business Development and Revenue generation through SSMs/eChannels and includes the following responsibilities:

  • New Business Development
  • Revenue Generation 
  • Promotions of eChannels Business  
  • Business Impact
  • Technical Issues Resolution related to Individual Accounts

About You::

You will require at least 

  • 2 years experience, preferably within an eChannels, ATM or IT department of a Telco or a Bank.
  • Experience in Account Management and relationship building.
  • Good knowledge of telecoms products, IT and services
  • Good communication and written skills, knowledge of Financial and business reports.  
Minimum Qualifications::

You will require at least a University degree preferably in Business Administration, IT or equivalent.  Bilingual in Arabic/English is a preference
