About the Business Unit:

This function is responsible for managing and implementing the CRM, Portal platform and ensures application integration across the technology business unit.

About the Role:

This role is to help CRM marketing department managing the design, implementation and maintenance of CRM Marketing platforms and ensures reduced time to market of new promotions and marketing strategies.

About You:

You should have at least 2 years of experience in IT with significant skills in telecom customer relationship management. You should have in-depth knowledge of telecom platforms and services and emerging technologies/development in telecom IT.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum requirement is a Bachelors in Telecoms Engineering, or Computer Science or equivalent.
