About the Business Unit:
The Quality Operations Department is responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective quality management system, introducing methods and programs to improve quality of service, boost process performance and improve customer satisfaction in line with the overall strategy of Ooredoo as well as to maximize the operational effectiveness of the operation as a whole.
About the Role:

To manage, plan, develop and implement Quality Assurance initiatives and operations within Ooredoo which will ensure that the company works to predetermined internally benchmarked standards in order to strive to constantly achieve excellence in the execution of its operation.

About You:
You should have at least10 years operational experience in the field of quality management.  Wide knowledge of telecom business, services and technology & quality methods and standards is preferred. Specific experience of the methodologies used by Ooredoo in particular  ISO/ ITU/TQM/ETOM framework is required.  
Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum requirement is a Bachelor degree, preferably in an engineering area.
