This position design for UAT planning, UAT assurance, and post launch monitoring for consumer products and services, creating UAT scenarios & strategy and approve UAT scenarios for consumer products/services. This position also ensure the best customer experience of consumer products.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferable
• Having experience in telecommunication industry
• Working experience on product quality assurance and product lifecycle management.

• Having good analytical and technical skills
• Willingness to learn quickly and ready for the new challenge.
• Self-driven with great passion and ability to adapt in fast-pace environment, and work under pressure
• Highly committed to quality and timely result of the works.
• Have a good knowledge on Indosat system in the area of provisioning, charging, billing, mediation, settlement, CRM, VAS, card & reload system, portal & mobile apps, CVM, Roaming, and testing tools.

• Share input on iBRS, including user experience perspective, for consumer products/services
• Develop UAT plan & strategy on how to achieve the delivery by managing triple constraints: Time, Cost and Quality
• Execute and achieve functional goals given by managers
• Work co-operatively with other team members to accomplished delegated tasks assigned by manager
