The trade marketing manager is responsible for all the trade marketing activities accross the different channel platforms (franchise, stores, and partners) in line with the business, brand/communication strategies.
In having the customer & channel satisfaction as main priority, is the contact point/person between department/divisions, product management, and sales team to ensure achievement of sales objectives
Co-manage with the related department for the point of sales material (budget, logistics, distribution, campaign assortments and collaborating with parties to product & sales related to build promotions and communications
Manage, drive and deliver the support of channel platforms in the execution of activities and in achieving their sales objectives in parallel ensuring the product benefits or campaigns, and brand values are properly communicated in respective channel platforms.
Responsible for improvement of Indosat Ooredoo Store operations (franchise, stores, and partners) by monitoring ticket, problem solving & resolution.
