Our current team of Sky Chefs come from over 26 nationalities. We are looking for dynamic and experienced chefs to operate within our Premium Cabin and deliver a unique dining experience.

• Diploma from a renowned hotel or culinary college 
• 3 years experience in 4 or 5 Stars Hotels or High Level Restaurant Kitchen
• Relevant Customer Service Experience
• Qualified chefs with F&B experience or service industry across all functions, with a detailed knowledge of food cooking and preparation, fine dining and wine expertise
• Relevant food hygiene certificate
• Working knowledge of HACCP would be an advantage
• The ability to interact directly with catering suppliers to ensure optimum product integrity
• The ability to prepare, plate and present meals to our Premium Class guests
• The ability to conduct Quality Assurance audits
• Aged between 25 and 35 years of age
• Over 158cm (5’ 3”) tall with weight in proportion
• Able to swim a minimum of 50m unaided
• Never have been convicted of a serious criminal offence
• Not suffering from any illness that would restrict you from your flying duties
• Have no birth marks or tattoos that would be visible whilst in uniform
• College or University qualification
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Willing to take a full medical which includes an HIV test and drug screening
• Cabin Crew experience is an advantage
